Man wears Halloween mask during armed robbery of 7-11

BRADENTON – Authorities are looking for an armed robbery suspect who held up a Bradenton 7-11 wearing a Halloween mask.

It happened Thursday around 2am at the 7-11 located at 2603 53rd Avenue West.

According to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office, a male suspect entered the store and immediately went to the counter and displayed a black firearm.

The suspect demanded that the clerks, Jennifer Fargo and Shawn Johnson, open the register and give him the money from the till. The clerk complied and the suspect exited the store and fled northeast from the location.

There were no injuries.

The suspect is described as a white male wearing a Halloween mask and checkered shirt.
