MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. -  Florida Highway Patrol Troopers continue to investigate a fatal crash in Parrish Sunday morning.

Just after 3 a.m. Sunday morning, Troopers say Robert Hoelzer, a 49-year-old man from Valrico, Florida, died when he lost control of his ford pickup truck on U.S. 301 just north of Moccasin Wallow Road. The truck ran off the road, into a ditch, and flipped over.

Troopers say Hoelzer was not wearing his seat belt.  They will test to see if alcohol played a role.
