SARASOTA COUNTY - The fight over the future of Imagine School in North Port continues in a Sarasota County courtroom this afternoon.

For the last 90 minutes a judge has been hearing arguments in the latest chapter of this debate.

At issue today is the charter school's local board. It was just recently appointed by Imagine Incorporated and it’s looking to fire the school’s principal, Justin Matthews.

This afternoon, Matthews and members of the old board, who support him, are bringing their case before a judge.

We have a crew at the court house, and will bring you the results of today's hearing coming up at 6.
