BRADENTON, Fla. -- Three former Manatee High School administrators are expected to be back in court this week as they fight to keep their jobs.

All three were on trial last week in connection to charges they failed to report child abuse.

Matthew Kane and Robert Gagnon were cleared of charges, but Gregg Faller was found guilty of a misdemeanor. The charges were filed against the administrators after a former student's allegations against assistant football coach Rod Frazier.

The school district wants to fire all three, but they are using legal means to try to prevent that from happening.
