SARASOTA, FL (WWSB) - A very weak cold front will sink south across the Suncoast and wash out to our south. You will likely not even notice the passage of the front as it will not produce any weather to speak of, but it will reinforce the cool and dry air already in place.
Winds may pick up for a time this afternoon but skies will stay sunny and winds will die down overnight.
This will allow for temperatures to fall a few degrees below the morning lows we saw this morning. While freezing temperatures will not occur locally there will be some wide spread freezing temperatures about a two hour drive north.
After tomorrows cold start we will once again warm into the upper 60's which is about where we will be this afternoon. On Friday the winds will shift a bit to the east and a warm up will start that carries us into the weekend. On Friday we move into the 70's and over the weekend we will be close to 80.
