PALMETTO, Fla. -- Local photographer and artist, Ed Parker’s exhibit, “The Water’s Edge” runs through April 26th at the Palmetto Historical Park and Manatee County Agricultural Museum.

This exhibit reflects Ed’s personal experience on or near the water.  He compares being on the water with living on the edge. Ed and his wife, Violet,  spent years traveling by sail and power in the gulf, the Caribbean, Mexico, the Aegean Sea, the Mediterranean and  nearly all of the inland  waterways of the United States and Canada.  In “The Water’s Edge,” he shares some of his favorite images from Portugal, Monaco, Mexico and several from right here in our own back yard.
