I am absolutely so pissed right now and I can't stop thinking about this? I can't stand the Napiers and I can't stand the phucken Manatee Animal Services that let this go by the way side for so many years!

I adopted a dog, Maggie from this place as well. It was seven years ago. We were not allowed beyond the picnic tables out front. The dog was brought to us. I initially found Maggie on the adopt a dog website. She is a very good dog and is healthy now. She was very thin, had fleas and had ear infection problems when we first brought her home. I thought it was kind of strange not being allowed beyond that point.

Please explain how Manatee County Animal Services inspected this facility quarterly and did not discover the horror these innocent animals were subjected to. This type of filth did not happen overnight. There is NO excuse for this to have happened in Manatee County. I only hope these precious creatures find loving homes and their suffering ends. At least the deceased ones are already in a better place.[crying]
