ENGLEWOOD, FL. - Authorities are looking for a man who robbed an Englewood convenience store carrying a short-barreled shotgun and wearing a motorcycle helmet.

It happened Tuesday around 10:30 p.m. at Barracuda Bill’s Mobil convenience store at 8675 Placida Road.

A man wearing a black full-face motorcycle helmet over another type of white face mask entered the store brandishing a short-barreled shotgun. The man demanded that the clerk fill a small backpack with cash. The clerk complied and the man fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect was described as being about 5 ft. 3 to 5 ft. 6 inches tall, about 120 pounds and between 18 and 22 years of age. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, gray shorts and black sneakers.
