Deputies: Man answers ad about teaching child how to have sex 0 comments

MANATEE COUNTY - Authorities have arrested a man after he answers an ad about teaching an 11-year-old how to have sex.

On Thursday, detectives arrested Timothy Jasonis and charged him with Travel to Entice a Parent to Consent to Commit Sex Acts with a Child, Use of Computer to Entice a Parent of a Child to Commit Sex Acts on a Child and Attempted Sexual Battery on a Person Under 12 Years Old.

Jasonis was arrested after an undercover operation on a social network site. Jasonis responded to an ad posted by an undercover detective who was posing as a mother looking for someone to teach her 11-year-old daughter about sex.

Jasonis told the undercover detective he would have sex with the 11-year-old and arranged a meeting to carry out the act.

Jasonis arrived at the location and was arrested without incident.
