ELLENTON, FL. - An Ellenton man is arrested after child pornography is found in his computer.
It happened Wednesday around 1pm at a home on the 6700 block of Ellenton Gillette Road.
According to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office, after an investigation it was learned that child pornography was being downloaded to a computer at the above address.
A search warrant was obtained and served and multiple computer devices were seized. A forensic examination was completed on 26-year-old Eric Boykin’s computer and 8 videos of child pornography were found. The videos depicted sexual activity involving children as young as 4-years-old.
Boykin was arrested and charged with 8 counts of possession of child pornography.
