MANATEE COUNTY, Fla. -- Former Assistant Superintendent and Principal of Manatee High School Robert Gagnon should find out tonight if he will receive backpay for all the months during which he was suspended for the Rod Fraizer investigation.

If approved by the Manatee County school district, he will get back roughly $116 thousand dollars.

Superintendent Rick Mills has recommended that the board vote to give Gagnon the pay.

Gagnon was cleared in a recent case involving not reporting child abuse.
