Well I've been to the culvers down here in Sarasota twice, as far as I'm concerned the butter burgers don't match up to what served up in Wisconsin. The custard is of great quality and really fills a need down here in Florida. I don't think I would be buying too many more there butter burgers unfortunately. Both times that I went to the culvers they made it their way, not my way, and they overcooked the hamburgers to the point of them being burnt. I know their new and I know they're busy but only got a do is turn the grilled a little bit and watch the hamburgers little closer while they are cooking so they're not overcooked. The best hamburgers that I found down here in Florida come from a place called Berger Mondor up in Tampa Florida. They opened up a new place in Spring Hill and both my wife and I know the owner and operatorand begged them to open up a place in Sarasota. Even they suffer from the overcooked syndrome but for the most part they're pretty good. Now they brought down a hamburger stand white Kopps or Roberts which are based in Wisconsin and has without a doubt the best hamburgers in the world as far as I am concerned, I would really enjoy it.
