SARASOTA, Fla. – More than 75 competitive figure skaters flocked to Sarasota Sunday for the West Coast Florida Figure Skating Competition.

The event was held at Stardust Skate Center where roller skaters from age 3-75 skated their hearts out. The events included 'Figure skating team dancing', 'Freestyle dancing' and much more!

Owner of Stardust Skate Center, Ronni Tasman, said “We do it every year and it's amazing! I actually have two Stardust Facebook pages and everyone will be posting their pictures and videos up on it, so I can't wait to see it!”.

Tasman said many of the roller skaters will continue to travel to skate centers across the United States so they can keep getting scored and keep getting better.
