The Charlotte Harbor Super Boat Grand Prix is hitting some rough waters.  The county wants more information about cost estimates and revenue producing sponsorships.

On Monday, an operational plan was submitted to the county, however at a meeting yesterday, commissioners expressed concerns that organizers do not have more details.

The event is expected to drawn 80,000 visitors to the area over three days and is slated to begin April 13th off Englewood Beach and Stump Pass.
