MANATEE COUNTY-- Community service for a former Manatee County administrator with ties to the Rod Frazier case.

According to Debra Horne's attorney Derek Byrd, Horne, who was charged with failing to report child abuse has accepted a deal to participate in a pre-trial diversion program.

That means the charge against her is dismissed in exchange for 75 hours of community service.

Horne, along with three other former administrators from Manatee High School were arrested last year, stemming from the case against Rod Frazier. Frazier is accused of touching several students and staff members at the high school.
