Bradenton Mini Market held up at gunpoint

Bradenton, FL- A convenience store in Bradenton is held up at gunpoint during broad daylight Wednesday afternoon.  It happened at the OM Mini Market at the 4900 block of 14th Street W., around 1:30p.m.

According to a Manatee County Sheriff's report, 2 men approached the store. One of the men went inside, while the other waited out front.  The suspect that entered the store wrapped a shirt around his right hand and told the clerk he had a gun.

The female clerk gave him more than 7-hundred dollars in cash.  He then forced the clerk into the back room before fleeing the store.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Manatee County Sheriff's Office.
