BRADENTON, FL- Manatee County Sheriff's office detectives are looking for the suspect they say battered and burglarized a man late Monday night.

Harold Underwood reportedly was inside his home at the 6300 block of Honolulu Court in Bradenton when he heard a knock on the front door.  When he answered the door, a man wearing a dark baseball hat punched in him the face.

Underwood fell back on the floor and the suspect went inside and stole the television set.  Underwood attempted to stop the suspect, but again, the suspect punched him in the face, then fled.

A neighbor heard the commotion and looked outside in time to see a light colored SUV pulling away.  Underwood sustained a small cut above his eye and was treated by EMS.
