SARASOTA - Sarasota County Sheriff's Deputies have made an arrest in a drive-by shooting.

It happened on December 11th in the 2300 block of Tulip Street.

Detectives say four shots were fired into the home. No one was hurt, but the suspects took off in a red vehicle.

Investigators were able to track down that car and are now charging 19-year-old Emily Lucero and 18-year-old Nikki Sims with Shooting into an Occupied Dwelling.

Deputies say Sims is the sister of a man who has been charged with robbing the people who live at the home.

The robbery happened earlier on the same day of the shooting.
