MANATEE COUNTY - Manatee County authorities have made an arrest in a 7-11 robbery earlier this week.
32-year-old Dustin Russ was arrested on Thursday.
According to investigators, Russ walked into the 7-11 in the 4400 block of Tallevast Road early Monday morning. He asked for a pack of cigarettes, and then demanded money from the clerk who gave him $75 in fear.
Deputies say Russ confessed to committing the crime.
