First Alert Weather: Some changes in store for the rest of the week

Sarasota, FL (WWSB) - The front that cooled us off on Monday morning will be moving across our area on Tuesday as a warm front.

This front will bring an increase in cloudiness and a chance for a few showers and possible isolated thunderstorm on Tuesday.  Temperatures will be much warmer to start the day as well.

Look for highs in the upper 70s to near 80 and the humidity will be on the increase as winds switch around to the SE.

The rain chance is at 50% for the day on Tuesday, tapering off to 20% on Wednesday.

For Thanksgiving day we can expect mostly cloudy skies with a good chance for a few showers as a disturbance moves in from the Gulf.

Highs on Thursday will be in the mid to upper 70s and should stay that way through Sunday.

We will see a better chance for some much needed rainfall on Friday as another disturbance moves through the Suncoast.

All of this should clear out of here for the weekend as high pressure builds in over the area.   A much stronger cold front will move through late Sunday bringing in much cooler air.
