SARASOTA, FL (WWSB) - A cold front will move past the area today and shift winds to the north. These shifting winds will bring cooler air to the Suncoast and shift our weather pattern to more seasonable highs and lows for the week ahead.
As the front sinks south a shower or two could be triggered but the rain amounts will be very small and the window for rain will be small, between about 7AM and 11AM. Afterwards you can expect some clearing skies and shifting winds. I will be a bit breezy late in the day. Temperatures will fall overnight after a warmer than average day.
Todays high will be 79 and the low will be in the mid to upper 50's.
