BRADENTON, Fla. - A collision between a motorcycle and car killed the motorcyclist Sunday evening.

State Troopers blame the driver of the car for the accident. Florida Highway Patrol says it happened around 5:30pm at the intersection of 30th Avenue and 4th Street East in Bradenton.

A Honda SUV making a turn pulled into the path of a 62-year-old man riding his Harley Davidson westbound on 30th Avenue East. Louis Grossi could not miss the SUV and died from the injuries suffered when he flew off his bike.

Two people in the Honda suffered minor injuries. Its driver, 50-year-old Anna Woodward of Sarasota, is being charged with Failing to Yield to the Right of Way.
