SARASOTA - On Wednesday night, engineering firm McKim & Creed held a public meeting to discuss the Lift Station No. 87 project.

The firm discussed a clearer timeline of the project's completion. McKim & Creed's Regional Manager, Robert Garland, tells ABC 7 that the design will be completed in 3 to 4 months.

Construction would likely begin in June 2014, and finish up in late 2015. McKim & Creed has a website providing more information on the project and upcoming public meetings.
