Endangered, they used these very same tactics to close a beach to the public in Rhode Island. You can not go on to Moonstone Beach anymore, it is a place for the Plovers only. So watch out beach goers, this maybe a start of another People vs Animal and you lose. Remember the lights out for the turtles and then a man was killed by a car on Longboat Key because he could not be seen when he crossed the street. The activist take no pity on Human Life!!!
