Bradenton man leads deputies on overnight chase in a stolen car

BRADENTON, FL- A 19 year old Bradenton man is facing charges of fleeing to elude after leading Sheriff's Deputies on a high speed chase.

It happened early Monday morning at the 700-block of 20th Ave W.  According to a Sheriff's Report, Deputies spotted a car that had been reported stolen.  When they attempted to pull the vehicle over, the driver sped away, which sparked a chase.

After a short chase, deputies were able to get Tevin Span to pull over.  Deputies then arrested Span and charged him with fleeing to elude and grand theft of a motor vehicle.
