MANATEE COUNTY, FL (WWSB) - Some schools on the Suncoast have received threats after the school shooting in Parkland.
The Manatee County School District sent out a robo call on Monday, Feb. 19 warning parents and students that a threat has been made to Braden River Middle School.
Manatee County School District Spokesperson Mike Barber says the threat was made on social media.
No other details were provided about the threat.
Braden River Middle School is located at 6215 River Club Blvd in Bradenton.
All schools in Manatee County are currently closed on Monday, due to President's Day.
At this time no arrests has been made, and the threat is being investigated.
