PALMETTO - Authorities in Palmetto are looking for leads in the shooting death of a Bradenton man Tuesday night.
The Palmetto Police Department responded to a shooting in the area of 2nd Avenue West and 12th Street West at 8:45 pm.
Detectives found 26-year-old Patrick Dunbar of Bradenton unresponsive. He was behind the wheel of a sedan in the front yard of a home on 11th Street Drive West.
Dunbar was transported to Manatee Memorial Hospital where he died from his gunshot wounds.
