SARASOTA, FL - Concern is growing in the community after more questionable actions from the U.S. Marshals Service.

The latest incident to come to light happened on the same day that U.S. Marshals showed up at the wrong Sarasota apartment while looking for an accused child predator.

Earlier that day, Marshals acknowledge they "encountered" a man outside of the Westfield Sarasota Square Mall, who matched the suspects description.

That man, who was not the suspect, tells us the Marshals tackled him, and pushed his head into the ground. They then compared his face to a picture of the suspect, and checked his ID before letting him go.

ABC 7 Reporter Bobeth Yates is speaking with the U.S. Marshals Service, as well as officials from Sarasota, and will bring you more on this story.
