NORTH PORT, Fla. -- With local governments at an impasse over future management of North Port's Warm Mineral Springs, the popular attraction could possibly be shut down for a 2nd year in a row.

If another agreement is not reached by then, the spring -- which was forced to close in July 2013 before reopening earlier this year -- could be shut down again.
