NORTH PORT, FL - Home prices in Sarasota County's most populace city continue to march higher.

In fact, the picture looks good across the Suncoast with strong condo sales and the price of bank owned homes coming up.

    I live here and don't see why there should be an increase in sales. The only people buying the homes are out of state people with money. I wish they would stop inflating the prices on the homes just like they did before the fall. If the real estate companies continue there is going to be an even bigger down fall. I see way to many empty homes . The prices and the cost to fix them are way too expensive. The rents are getting crazy because of the cost. [thumbdown]
