BRADENTON, Fla. -- A hearing to determine if a former Manatee County assistant principal can keep his job should wrap up Wednesday.

Greg Faller was put on unpaid leave from Manatee High School as a result of the Rod Frazier case. Faller is appealing the school district's decision.

At a hearing Tuesday, two co-workers testified that they reported to Faller inappropriate behavior between Frazier and students. Investigators say Faller, along with former principal Robert Gagnon and Matthew Kane, never reported the incidents to the state.

All three men face felony charges. They are scheduled to go to trial on June 16th.

Frazier entered a no contest plea to misdemeanor charges of inappropriately touching students and staff.
