SARASOTA, FL --- After a month of problems and promises the Obama administration says the healthcare.gov website is working "smoothly for the vast majority of users".  The white house set a December 1st deadline to have the site up and running and over the weekend it released a report that says its reached that goal.

Officials say they've fixed some 400 software bugs and hardware problems on the website.    According to the report the site is now accessible 90% of the time.  That number's up from just over 40% when it launched back in October.  In addition officials say the site can now handle more than 50,000 users at a time and 800,000 a day.  Coming up on ABC 7 at 6 we talk to officials on the Suncoast to see how the sign up process has been working for them.
