Now that school has been out for a couple of weeks your kids may be getting used to all of their free time.

If they’re spending that time playing video games, or in front of a computer or TV, you may be looking for ways to get them to decrease their screen time and get outside.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends kids spend no more than two hours a day on cell phones, computers, video games, or tablets.
