Halloween is still 3 weeks away, but now is the time to start thinking about how you’re going to handle your candy this year.

Halloween and the weeks leading up to it can destroy any diet if you’re not careful.

You may want to wait until a couple of days before Halloween to buy your candy so that the temptation to pick isn't around a couple of weeks. The same applies to keeping the candy around afterwards.

Another thing you can try- buy candy you don’t like. This way, you’ll give it all away and not eat any of it, or, just buy enough for what you’ll need come Halloween night.
