A new study finds that walking for as little as fifteen minutes after meals, (three meals a day) may have offer these health benefits.

The study also finds that walking after the meals is more effective even than walking for forty-five minutes in the morning or afternoons.

The other health benefits include cardiovascular, and bone building as walking is considered a weight-bearing exercise.
