Henry Osti is a cyclist from Miami Florida. He realized how truly blessed a life he have been given with a wonderful family, amazing friends and an ability to do big things. But, he started thinking deeply about what he had done thus far and what he wanted to accomplish for the rest of my life.

His parents Aldo and Ann Marie Osti were his best friends and the two people who taught him by example how to live a meaningful life. His mom and dad had cancer, fought bravely, and died just 98 days apart. He has had a life goal to do something very different to commemorate them, to help fight cancer in a meaningful way and to experience a big adventure that will push the limits of what is possible for him.

Cycling has long been his passion, so he decided to do something different, and, summer of 2011 he took a cycling adventure 3,800 miles across the USA.

He founded the and formed a team to do the following.

• Raise awareness, funds and add new members to the bone marrow registry.

• Challenge myself physically and mentally like I have never done before.

• Live an adventure that had been a lifelong dream.

The cross-country ride was clearly a challenging cycling adventure however it was about something much bigger than that. It is about philosophy that is based on the fundamental idea to live a full and meaningful life. One that is about action, adventure and living your dreams with eyes wide open and making a difference to others and the world around us.

Henry has been fortunate enough to be collaborating with two amazing partners – Florida Blue and Delete Blood Cancer. Fl Blue has opened up its corporate offices/retail stores and is hosting a campaign like never been done before. Delete Blood Cancer is an amazing not-for-profit that was founded by Peter Harf who lost his wife to blood cancer. He decided to make a difference and created the organization that provides and pays for all the swab test kits.

This powerful partnership has lead to RYDE FL, a 1,000 mile ride around the state visiting FL Blue retail stores and signing up as many people as possible to help save lives. There is no limit to what we can do and it is our goal to reach the goal of no one loosing his or her life while waiting for a bone marrow donor.
