NORTH PORT, FL - Weeks after opening back up Spin Depot in North Port shuts back down. It was one of the first gaming establishments to re-open after new state regulations. It has those like Johnie Corn who come to play locked out. "I know they have been having problems trying to straighten everything out."

North Port Police say what owners call an "arcade" is still not in compliance. After visiting the business in a North Port strip mall they found payouts more than 75 cents. They also believe many of the games are that of chance and not skill. Both are now considered illegal. The State Attorney's Office agrees.

Spin Depot believes they are in compliance but has agreed to shut down until the issues can be resolved. Seven South Newsroom Reporter Josh Taylor will have the latest coming up this evening on ABC 7.
