NEW YORK - A promotional stunt for an upcoming movie had people in the streets of New York jumping back when an animatronic "devil baby" popped up out of an unattended stroller.
The YouTube clip has gone viral with several million views in just one day.
The viral marketing team at Thinkmodo put the stunt together to promote the upcoming film "Devil's Due". Hidden cameras capture the reactions of New Yorkers as they approached the crying baby in the unattended stroller, only to find the devilish-looking baby pop up and growl.
Thinkmodo founder, Michael Krivicka, told Yahoo News that he thought the project "was an interesting social experiment to see how many people would bother to check on an abandoned stroller."
