Grammy Nominations include nod to Gregg Allman

The 2018 Grammy nominations were announced November 28th. 

Former Sarasota resident, Gregg Allman, has been posthumously nominated for his work in two categories. 

His album "Southern Blood" is nominated for Best Americana Album. 

The lead track on that album, "My Only True Friend," is nominated for Best American Roots Song.

Here are the nominees for the main categories:

Category 1 - Record Of The Year
