Florida's manatees have a variety of challenges, whether it be on account of toxic red algae, red tide, boat propellers, or people who physically molest them. Fortunately, last year was the lowest mortality rate in four years.

Many of them come to Crystal River Springs to keep warm during the winter, exposing them to a multitude of tourists who just won't leave them alone.

Watch this video to see just how bad the poor manatees have it.
