We wanted to share an incredible culinary opportunity with all of our F&B friends in southwest Florida. Our Culinary Innovation Lab at USFSM will be the host site for Dr. Bruno Goussault, the world-renowned sous-vide innovator from CREA.
Dr. Goussault has instructed 43 Michelin three-star chefs on this technique, which has redefined the way food is prepared at the world’s finest restaurants.

Dr. Goussalt will conduct the 3-day sous-vide session for interested professionals on January 10-12th, 2018.
