Wood-fired Grilled Vegetable Flatbread

One toasted lavash flatbread

Spread with a parmesan kale pesto

Place a cup of the grilled vegetables on top of the pesto covering the entire flatbread

Add ¼ cup of chopped kalamata olives

Add ½ cup of chopped cooked fresh spinach

Crumble feta cheese on top of it all

Place in a 400-degree oven for about 5 minutes any thin cookie sheet will work.

Pull the flatbread out of the oven

Place on cutting board and cut into 8 square pieces. 

1 Lavash flatbread

½ cup garlic herb oil

1 cup mixed grilled vegetables (red bell pepper, asparagus, zucchini, yellow squash, red onion, carrot)

¼ cup Kalamata olives chopped

½ cup chopped cooked spinach (fresh)

½ cup crumbled feta cheese

½ cup parmesan kale pesto
