The Table Creekside Offers Easter Sunday Brunch On April 1, 2018

(Sarasota, Florida) March 2018 -- Friends of the Table Creekside are thrilled to know chefs Pedro and Rafael will be offering their award-winning Easter Sunday brunch at Sarasota’s favorite waterside dining destination. These two amazingly innovative chefs have collaborated on a dazzling menu that they know will delight their regular guests and that will entice new brunch lovers to the Table Creekside for a very special Easter. The Table Easter Sunday Brunch Menu has the gourmet global reach that already distinguishes the Table dinner menu.

Easter Brunch will be served on Sunday, April 1 from 11 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. with the full dinner menu and Chef’s Features available from open through 10:00 p.m. Unlimited mimosas are available for purchase for $15 and feature traditional, pear and peach flavors. Full bar and wine list available. The waterside ambience is as lovely as a Florida postcard. Enjoy your leisurely brunch or dinner inside or on the deck.

The selections on the Table Creekside Easter Sunday Brunch include: the Main Lobster Benedict - butter-poached lobster, lobster fondue, goat cheese polenta cake, poached egg, tarragon bernaise; Colossal Stone Crab Claws with the choice of two complements; Steak and Eggs – beef tenderloin sofrito, Caribbean fries, poached organic eggs, tomatillo bloody mary salsa; Elephant Ear French Toast - granny smith caramel apples, cinnamon dust, organic chicken sausage, fried egg; King Crab Benedict - crispy chorizo, manchego mornay sauce, Neuske’s potato hash; Crispy Pork Rancheros - organic eggs, Nueske’s refried beans, crème fraiche, Oaxaca queso fresco; and the Mardi Gras - jumbo gulf shrimp, tasso gravy, poached egg. A special brunch menu is also available for guests 12 and under. The offerings include: Elephant Ear French Toast; Scrambled Eggs; and Chicken Fingers. And if brunch isn’t enough, guests are always welcome to order from the acclaimed dinner menu or try of Chef’s specials like Organic Milk Fed Veal Chop or the Domestic Colorado Rack of Lamb.
