The BA Brunch Burger with Muse at the Ringling

BA Brunch Burger


1 8 ounce beef patty

2 sausage links

2 sliced apple wood bacon

1/2 cup Fried onion straws

1 sunny side egg

Burger Bun

Chopped Romaine lettuce


Prepare burger to desired temperature.

Cook sausage links and bacon in a medium sauté pan over medium heat.

Split sausage links down the middle, long ways.

Slice a white onion thin and bread in flour. You can pan fry in hot oil.

Cook egg sunny side up in a small sauté pan.

Place romaine on top and secure the burger with a bamboo pick. 

Once all items are cooked, construct the burger the serve.
