Sarah Salad

Serves 4-6

1 Head of Lettuce Chopped

2 Cups of Spring Mix

1 Large Tomato Diced

½ Cup Cooked Yellow Corn

¼ Cup of Shredded Carrots

½ Cup of Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese

4 Chicken Breast (Marinated in Popis Greek Dressing)

1 Cup of Cooked Bacon Diced

1 Cup of BBQ Sauce

1 Cup of Salad Style Tortilla Strips

Ranch Dressing

Grill or bake the marinated chicken breast, dice, smoother in BBQ sauce and set aside. Fry the bacon and drain grease and set aside. In a large bowl place and mix the chopped lettuce, spring mix and shredded carrots together. Top with diced tomatoes, corn, shredded cheddar Jack Cheese, bacon and tortilla strips. Top with ranch dressing. Serve immediately.
