Tuna Tartar with Homemade Sangria

Tuna Tartar

  • 3oz Tuna steak
  • 1tbs Capers
  • ¼ tbs Whole grain mustard
  • 1tbs Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1tbs Basil Olive oil

With a very sharp knife cut the tuna into ¼ inch dice. Place the tuna into a mixing bowl and combine it with capers, whole grain mustard, olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix well and serve together with sliced tomatoes and drizzle with basil olive.

Sangria

  • 1 Bottle of red wine
  • ½ Bottle of rose wine
  • 1 cup of sprite
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • 1 cup of pineapple juice
  • 3 Oz Brandy
  • 3 Oz Triple sec
  • 5 Oz Gin
  • 2 Oz Peach syrup

Mix all the ingredients and serve in a wine glass over ice and garnish with fresh fruit.
