5. oz chicken breast

Celery, water chestnut, green pepper, zucchini,

6. oz spicy Szechaun sauce

Minced garlic

Dried red pepper

Seasame oil

Potato starch

 

Szechuann Sauce Recipe:

2 tea spoon oyster sauce

2 tea spoon hoisan sauce

1 tea spoon sugar

1 tea spoon soy sauce

1 tea spoon hot sauce
