    Until which meat has reached 185 degrees? I do hope that it is the breast meat, because by the time the dark thigh meat reached 185 the breast meat will be completely dried out. (We remove our turkeys when the breast meat reaches 160 and let the carryover cooking complete the job. Perfect every time!)
