Salmon 4 ea .8 oz
Heavy cream 2 cups
Basil pesto 2 tbsp.
Parm.cheese 4 tsp
Bread crumbs 4 tsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp.
Whole butter 1 tbsp.
Basil fresh 3 oz
Step 1: season salmon with s+p in a separate mixing bowl blend parm cheese ,fresh basil and bread crumbs
Step 2: place non stick saute pan on medium heat and a 1 qt saucepan
Step 3: when saute pan is hot add oil and butter ,then salmon cook for 2 min .each side, then top with mixture of 2 tbsp of parm.cheese 1tbsp.fresh basil ,place in oven on broil for 1 to 2 min to melt cheese
Step 4: add 4oz heavy cream to sauce pan ,bring to boil .turn down to simmer and whisk in 2 t 2 tbsp.pesto, 1 tbsp parm cheese and s+p to taste
Step 5: to plate place 2 oz of pesto sauce in center of your favorite china then place over sace garnish with fresh basil and enjoy !!!! ace salmon n on top garnish with fresh basil and enjoy
