  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped cashews
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 TBSP cornstarch
  • 10 ripe mangos
  • Zest of lime
  • 2 TBSP
  • Fresh lime juice
  • 2 TBSP cold unsalted butter thinly sliced

Using your fingers mix oatmeal, brown sugar and flour Together

Add cashews and soft butter and break up until crumbly

In a separate bowl whisk sugar and cornstarch together in a large bowl Add mangoes and lime juice and toss gently Add cold sliced butter Pour into greased baking dish Sprinkle with topping Bake about
